This comes after Baltimore City police discovered an ATM graveyard in west Baltimore. A total of 11 machines were there, all gutted. 

The pair is facing charges in violation of the Atomic Energy Act. 

It happened on the 1200 block of Patterson Park Avenue at around 6:46 p.m..

The events unfolded near Towson University, prompting the school to issue a shelter-in-place order for students and staff. 

Authorities said the children would have referred to Biedenkapp as "Mr. Eddie."
