A surge in cases has people rushing to get tested for COVID-19, but they may be out of luck if they're looking for a rapid test.

Gov. Larry Hogan said the newly drawn maps disenfranchise voters and violate the Voting Rights Act.

This comes as lawmakers return to Annapolis for a special session to redraw the state's congressional map. 

Maryland joins 28 states and Washington, D.C. to legalize sports betting. Voters approved it during the 2020 election and a bill was signed into law back in May.
