A surge in cases has people rushing to get tested for COVID-19, but they may be out of luck if they're looking for a rapid test.

A vaccine passport proves that you've tested negative for COVID-19 or have been vaccinated. 

He confirmed the news in a tweet saying he's feeling fine and the positive result came from a PCR test he took as part of his regular testing regimen.
