Brazen ATM thefts continue in Baltimore City. The latest incident happened in Federal Hill. 

The 29-year-old man was taken to an area hospital for treatment. No word yet on a possible suspect or motive. 

He also used a city-owned car that he stole to carry out the crime.

Spokeswoman Amanda Krotki has not provided any information on how the department is handling staffing shortages, but said "We're all still working and protecting the city.”

The Friday morning commute will likely be a mess. Statewide school closures are also possible. 

The 30-day emergency declaration will help hospitals manage the sharp rise in COVID-19 patients and staffing shortages.

It happened at around 2:15 a.m. Saturday on the southbound Interstate 395 near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. 

It will continue to rise every year until it reaches $15 an hour in 2025.
