Three top aides to Mayor Catherine Pugh were put on paid leave Wednesday.
Gary Brown Jr., Afra White and Poetri Deal were put on paid leave in what acting Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young would only call a “personnel decision.”
A spokesman for Young said there is no specific allegation of wrongdoing by any of the three at this time.
