New information has been released about the 19-year-old shot and killed near Druid Hill Park on Sunday. Police have identified him as Victorious Swift.He was a student at Baltimore Design School, where classmates and teachers remembered him as a good kid and gifted singer.He also trained at Umar Boxing.
Vic, as some called him, was shot and killed around 3 a.m. Sunday morning near the corner of Reisterstown Road and Tioga Parkway.
