Baltimore City Police have arrested a suspect they believe shot a man in the back on New Year’s Eve.On Monday, detectives arrested 22-year-old Jevontay Johnson and charged him with attempted first-degree murder for a shooting that happened on December 31, 2016 in Southwest Baltimore.
