A lawyer for Baltimore city Mayor Catherine Pugh says the state prosecutor has opened a criminal investigation into the sales of the “Healthy Holly” books.
That’s according to the Baltimore Sun.

However, the state prosecutor, Emmet Davitt, said Monday he can neither confirm nor deny an investigation.
Gov. Larry Hogan sent a letter to the state prosecutor yesterday, asking for that investigation to be opened.
