House Majority Whip Talmadge Branch’s grandson was shot and killed on Labor Day.
Baltimore police say the a shooting happened around 12:30 p.m. at the 4200 block of Nicholas Avenue. Responding officers found 22-year-old Tyrone Ray Jr. with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police say the victim was reportedly talking with two unknown suspects when they opened fire on him and left in a white vehicle after the shooting.
