A 19-year-old man is in custody and charged in the fatal shooting of his father Sunday night in Towson, Baltimore County police said.
Police said officers responded at 10 p.m. to a report of a shooting inside a house in the 8100 block of Kirkwall Court. When officers arrived, they found the victim, Devin Vallade, 46, on the upper level of the house suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
