A double shooting in Northwest Baltimore left a 38-year-old man dead and was the first homicide Thursday night out of nine other people wounded in shootings. Baltimore Police responded to the area of Reisterstown Road and Violet Avenue just after 6:10 p.m. where they found two male shooting victims. A 34-year-old man was found wounded to his lower body and a 38-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
