Governor of the State of Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan spoke out regarding the destruction in downtown Baltimore resulting from aggressive protesters over the weekend. Gov. Hogan recognized and thanked the many peaceful protesters marching for justice for Freddie Gray. The Governor also expressed his disappointment with the few rowdy and destructive protesters.
