Freddie Gray case

The Department of Justice will not bring charges against the officers involved in the Freddie Gray case.

A federal judge has upheld a lawsuit alleging claims of malicious prosecution, defamation and invasion of privacy against Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby brought by five of the six officers who were acquitted and relieved of charges in the death of Freddie Gray in 2015.
