University of Maryland Player Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Washington television station WRC reports that Howard was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Sunday outside a College Park restaurant. University of Maryland Police say Howard was not involved in the fight, but was shouting nearby.
The California native missed the last month of the season after suffering a knee injury in February.
