HU’s Afro-Blue definitely represented on Monday night’s “The Sing-Off.” This talented group is a fun-loving Jazz/Pop a cappella ensemble. The group has been singing together since 2009. The group sang “Put Your Records On.” The harmonies appeared effortless and choreography flawless. The group is composed of students Eliza Berkon, Reggie Bowens, Trenton Cokley, Christie Dashiell, Integriti Reeves, Devin Robinson, John Kenniebrew, Mariah Maxwell, Brian Vickers and Danielle Withers.
There is no doubt, there’s some stiff competition this season and it’s way too early to call it but I’m sure Afro-Blue will be among the last groups standing. Check out their performance Monday night.
