Two Dead, Four Injured in Overnight Shootings Across Baltimore, Police Say

Baltimore police are investigating a string of overnight shootings that left two people dead and four others wounded in separate incidents across the city.
According to police, the violence began late Tuesday night when a woman was fatally shot on Mount Holly Street. A second deadly shooting occurred just after midnight, when a man was killed on Edgewood Street.
Around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to another shooting in the 1700 block of Bank Street, where a 34-year-old man was shot and hospitalized with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
A few hours later, at about 3:31 a.m., officers on patrol in the 4800 block of Belair Road heard reports of gunfire. Around the same time, Baltimore County police discovered three additional victims, a 15-year-old boy and two men, ages 18 and 19, shot in the 6300 block of Kenwood Avenue. All three were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, city police said.
