Traffic and Parking Changes You Should Know For Artscape 2025
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation is alerting motorists to upcoming traffic and parking changes in downtown Baltimore due to the Artscape festival. Drivers are strongly urged to follow all posted parking restrictions to avoid fines or towing.

From 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 23 to 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 26, the following streets will be closed to traffic with detours in place:

🚗 Note: Saratoga Street between Holliday and Guilford will temporarily allow two-way traffic to accommodate Breco Condominium residents.
Motorists are advised to anticipate delays and use alternate routes to avoid the festival zone. Watch for changing traffic patterns and obey all signage.

Charm City Circulator (CCC)
Service on the Green Route will be adjusted starting 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 23 through 12:00 a.m. Monday, May 26. Expect temporary stop closures and possible delays. Riders are encouraged to use the Passio GO! app for real-time updates. Visit the Charm City Circulator website for details.
