Two men have been charged with a hate crime in connection to a nose found hanging at a Crofton Middle School earlier this.
Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney Office confirms that Connor Prout, 19, and John Haverman, 19 were charged on May 24 with: committing a crime upon race/religious belief, trespassing property, trespassing on school grounds, two counts of disturbing school operation, and two counts of disorderly conduct.
