A judge has denied a request from the Department of Justice (DOJ) to delay the upcoming public hearing on the “finalized proposed” Consent Decree.
The Constent Decree outlines reforms for the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) and was drafted following a DOJ investigation that began in May 2015.
