Investigators believe the body of a 45-year old graduate student found in an office at Morgan State University on Tuesday morning could have been there for more than three weeks as reported by foxbaltimore.com.

“It smelled like roadkill,” said Student Jovan Hill, who was in the Center for the Built Environment and Infrastructure Studies (CBEIS) Building on Tuesday.

Officers discovered the body of the unidentified student after receiving complaints of a foul odor.

“They did a room-by-room check and when they got to this room, they couldn’t easily open the door, and when they finally forced the door open, they discovered the body,” said Clinton Coleman, campus spokesman.
