Shooting In Lower Manhattan Federal Building

BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Five individuals were hospitalized with gunshot wounds in Baltimore City within several hours on Tuesday night.

In one incident in the Howard Park neighborhood of Northwest Baltimore, Baltimore Police officers responded to a reported shooting at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Hampshire Avenue near Howard Park Avenue. Officers at the scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his face.

He was taken to an area hospital for treatment, police said.

Police also said two individuals walked into an area hospital with gunshot wounds. One of them arrived with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said. Police responded to the hospital at approximately 7:15p.m.

Neither of the victims would cooperate with investigators, and the location of the shooting remains unknown, though police believe both victims were injured in the same incident.

The fourth victim was shot in the arm in the Edgewood neighborhood of Southwest Baltimore near Gwynns Falls Park, police said.

 

Officers responded to the scene of the reported shooting at approximately 8:20 p.m. near Linnard Street and Harlem Avenue. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

A fifth victim was shot in the leg in South Baltimore on S. Payson Street, police said.

Officers responded to that reported shooting at S. Payson Street near W. Pratt Street in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood at approximately 10 p.m. Those on the scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. He also was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Citywide Shooting detectives are investigating all four incidents. Police have asked that anyone with information call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
