It happened on the 1700 block of North Milton Avenue.
The bodies, one male and one female, were found on Tuesday.
A jury deliberated for just over two hours Saturday, finding 27-year-old Donnell Flora guilty of first-degree murder, attempted murder and aggravated battery in the death of Endia Martin.
