Savion Barrow was at his Rock Hill home with his mother and 10-year-old sister when the incident occurred. His mother, who hasn't been identified, told police she was watching television when she heard the semi-automatic gun go off. She turned around to discover that little Savion had shot himself in the head while playing with the firearm.
