Overnight storm knocked out power for over 30,000 Baltimore residents. BGE is still working diligently to restore power to nearly 7,500 BGE customers. The storms moved through the area rapidly around midnight dumping nearly a half inch of rain at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport.
