Bank Of America Outage — Some Left With Balances Of Zero

If you are a Bank of America customer, now is a good time to check the status of your account.

Yesterday, (Oct 2nd) Bank of America had an outage that left people unable to access their accounts. Also, some customers said that their bank accounts were left with a balance of 0.

Reports said that the spike of the outage happened around 1 p.m yesterday. Around 20,266 outages were reported. Bank of America workers said that on their ends it was hard to see the problems that the customers were seeing.

As of now, Bank of America has released a statement saying that the outage is completely fixed. They also said that the issue has been addressed at large and they are still trying to figure out how the outage happened in the first place.
