Judge Tosses D.C. Sniper Lee Boyd Malvo’s Life Sentences

Sniper Suspect Decides Not To Represent Himself

Lee Boyd Malvo, the junior member of the infamous “Beltway Sniper” team that killed 10 people on a rampage in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, is not entitled to a new sentencing. Lawyers for Virginia will argue before the Richmond-based 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday. Malvo was 17 at the time back in 2002 during the shootings with John Allen Muhammad.
