Maryland County Jail Records Nine-Year Suicide High

There is a report that says there is a high rate of suicides within the state of Maryland.According to Superintendent Terry Kokolis, the Maryland jail last experienced three suicides in one year in 2008, and brought in a consultant to review jail policies then.
