In early August, Korryn Gaines was shot dead in her Randallstown apartment after a 6 hour standoff with police. After a investigation, it has been revealed that no criminal charges will be filed.
WBAL reports:
A statement from The Gordon Law Group said attorneys with their office and The Law Office of Jimmy M. Bell will meet with Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger Wednesday, “for him to advise the family that he completed his monitoring of the police investigation into the killing of Korryn Gaines and will not be filling criminal charges against any of the officers involved.”
A news conference will be held tomorrow to discuss the details.
