A man who died during the World Trade Center has been identified just weeks before the 10 anniversary of the attacks.

DNA tests confirmed the identity of Ernest James, who worked in the World Trade Center as a risk manager at Marsh & McLennan brokerage firm.

NYDailyNews.com reports:

DNA evidence was used to make 91% of those identifications, the medical examiner said.
