First Lady Michelle Obama will be in Baltimore Monday to attend a rally for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Anthony Brown. The First Lady will make an appearance at the War Memorial Plaza. Mrs. Obama’s visit follows a visit from Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama. U.S. Rep Elijah Cummings will host the event.
