Attack Outside Of Carver Vo-Tech Leaves Four Injured Including Student

Four people were injured after a student was attacked outside of Carver Vocational-Technical High School during dismissal on Thursday afternoon.
According to police, around 2:35 p.m., a student was attacked by two people. During the attack, the student, suspects, and a staff member who responded were injured.
Police said all four were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Carver principal Craig Rivers said two students and a staff member were cut.

All four victims are expected to be OK.
The Principal of Carver Vo-Tech High School sent out a letter to parents and families of the students:
“Dear Carver Parents and Guardians,
I wanted you to hear from me about an incident that happened at school today. During dismissal today, a student altercation occurred, resulting in cut injuries to two students and one staff member. All injured individuals were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The guardians of the students involved have been notified. School administration and School Police intervened swiftly, and the situation was quickly brought under control. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken following an investigation of the incident. At Carver, the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. The Baltimore City Police and the City Schools Police Department are investigating this incident. Anyone with information should contact police.
