A former star athlete, now a victim of Baltimore’s violence. 28-year-old David Mackall, Junior, was killed Wednesday afternoon in the 1900 block of Braddish Avenue.
The treelined block of Braddish Avenue just North of North Avenue is stable, quiet, so when Henry Smith heard it — he knew it.
Mackall played football at Edmondson High School before being recruited to several top colleges.
