Gun Trace Task Force case about âequal justice for all,â prosecutors say in closing arguments

Ex-Baltimore Police Gun Trace Task Force Det. Jemell Rayam was sentenced Tuesday to 12 years in federal prison, according WBAL-TV.

“I put a stain on BPD,” Rayam stated during sentencing.

In October 2017, Rayam’s pleaded guilty to using his police powers to rob, lie, cheat on overtime and commit home invasions in the GTTF scandal.
