The Avenue at White Marsh will now ban minors for three months if they are caught without an adult supervisor past 9pm. Officials said the Youth Escort Policy has been in effect since 2005, and recent updates to the policy began February 22.
According to the policy, all visitors under 17-years-old without supervision or without proof of age after 9:00 p.m. are in violation of the center’s Youth Escort Policy. They will be banned from the property for three months and cannot return with or without supervision during the three month banning period.
