Former Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) Superintendent S. Dallas Dance was indicted on four counts of perjury, according to the Office of the Maryland State Prosecutor Emmet C. Davitt who made the announcement on January 23.
The indictment, which was handed down by a Baltimore County Grand Jury, concerns Financial Disclosure Statements submitted by Dance in 2012, 2013 and 2015. Dance served as superintendent of BCPS from 2012 until his abrupt resignation last April.
