Freezing Classrooms Force Local Schools To Shut Down

Baltimore City students and surrounding counties returned to classes with no heat after the Christmas break. The classrooms were freezing.

Due to complaints by some students and their parents, some schools closed. A student in a Harford County school snapped a picture of a thermostat that showed it was 50 degrees in the building.
