‘Code Blue’ Warning Extended To Saturday

After a very cold start to 2018, Baltimore City remains in the deep freeze Tuesday and Wednesday. The Health Department said that it would extend its “Code Blue” until this Saturday. Last winter, 11 deaths were attributed to the cold. So far this season, one person has died of hypothermia.
