59 year-old Derek John Propalis was seen wearing a Virginia State Police uniform after being pulled over for speeding.
His 2006 For Crown Victoria was set up with emergency lights, a laptop computer, spotlight, video monitoring system, and siren. It is believed that he may have been conducting traffic stops during his impersonation.
