Congressman Elijah Cummings is now mourning the loss of his nephew Christopher Cummings. Cummings, 20, and his roommate Jake Carey were shot in an off-campus shooting near Old Dominion University. Carey crawled across the street for help and Cummings passed shortly after. Carey is currently in critical condition. The event happened Friday morning.
