Obama: Plan To Pay For Jobs Bill Due Monday

President Barack Obama announced in his weekly radio and Internet address Saturday that he plans to unveil how America will pay back its debt with his $447 million jobs bill.

“It is a jobs bill that does two simple things: put more people back to work and more money back into the pockets of people who are working,” the president said in his weekly address.
