Police believe the shooter or shooters came out of the woods nearby the crime scene and fired "indiscriminately" before running off into the woods.

Police said the children were playing outside at the time of the shooting.

Police said upwards of 20 people had gathered outside the suspect's home Saturday night and were harassing him for several hours. 

Police said the shooting happened just after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday on the 100 block Obery Court. They said they were originally called to the area for a possible home invasion. 

Police believe the bullets came from a nearby shooting on Pleasant Street, where people were shooting into an empty car.
