Authorities confirm the body found in a DC park is Kahlil Tatum, the man wanted for kidnapping 8 year old Relisha Rudd.
Police believe he committed suicide.
Tatum was the janitor in the homeless shelter where Relisha had been staying with her mother. Police officials close to the investigation say distinctive tattoos helped lead to the early identification.
The search for Relisha continues.
