Today on The Larry Young Morning from 8:00am to 10:00am there was a Special Edition which focused on the question Is Civil Rights still needed in 2012? There was a panel of strong individuals and some of the individuals who were in attendance and also apart of the panel were, Marvin “Doc” Cheatham – President of Baltimore Chapter and Dr. Paris J.

Evans, Vice President of Baltimore Chapter; Tessa Hill-Aston, President of Baltimore Chapter – National Association for the Advancement of Colored People; C.D. Witherspoon – Southern Christian Leadership Conference; and J. Howard Henderson, President/CEO – Greater Baltimore Urban League. Also in attendance was J. Wyndal Gordon, Esq. (The Warrior Lawyer) – Monumental City Bar Association and Catalina Byrd.

The show was an interesting topic to explore and not only from the heads of the civil rights organizations mentioned but also from all of the The Larry Young Morning Show listeners.
