A man disputing how  much he owes in child support get an easy way out but a worker at the apartment of human resources.

All the father had to do was slip the worker $150 in cash.

After showing the department what happened the contract worker was fired.  Union reps say this a prime example why the state shouldn’t use contractors to handle child support.
