Dover police say a man suspected of firing shots into an apartment has been extradited back to Delaware.
Police say 24-year-old Devin Coleman was extradited this week from Newark, N.J., to face charges related to March shooting incident on Willis Road. Police say Coleman was apprehended in New Jersey with the assistance of U.S. Marshals. Coleman was arraigned and taken to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of more than $101,000 cash bond.
