Metro says service has returned to normal on the orange and blue lines following a minor derailment near the Rosslyn Station in northern Virginia.

The transit agency says one set of wheels on a blue line train traveling to Franconia-Springfield came off the tracks about 7 p.m. Tuesday. Metro says crews worked through the night to re-rail the wheels and test track and switch equipment in the area.
