Governor Martin O’Malley to Endorse Garagiola for Congress

The governor said Thursday that Garagiola’s longtime support for progressive issues makes him the best choice among the five Democratic candidates in Tuesday’s 6th Congressional District primary.

O’Malley cites Garagiola’s leadership on green job creation, renewable energy legislation, expanded health care coverage and Maryland’s new same-sex marriage law.
